• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments, ensuring alignment with client objectives and internal goals;
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle;
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, operations, and support teams to ensure effective execution of project deliverables;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success;
• Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively;
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders;
• Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of project management experience, preferably in the AGV/AMR, robotics, or logistics automation industry;
• Strong understanding of AGV/AMR systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and industrial automation processes;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• English B2 required;
• Mandarin B2 required;
• Nice to have: PMP certification, experience managing projects in the Europe region.
