GE Vernova’s Grid Systems Integration business in Poland focuses on modernizing the power grid, integrating renewable energy, and building critical high voltage infrastructure, particularly for large offshore wind projects. The organization supports Poland’s energy transition and broader decarbonization goals across Central and Eastern Europe.

• Lead project management execution of Polish STATCOM projects, including scope, schedule, cost, and quality;
• Ensure a smooth handover from project phase to service to secure long-term service readiness;
• Act as the primary customer interface during execution and the early service phase;
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships;
• Drive service growth by identifying upsell opportunities such as LTSA, upgrades, and lifecycle solutions;
• Support service-related offers and contract negotiations linked to ongoing projects;
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and future service expansion.

• Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience;
• Proven experience in project execution within grid or HV infrastructure;
• Exposure to service business and commercial processes;
• English and Polish language proficiency;
• Willingness to travel (approximately 30%+);
• Nice to have: Ability to combine execution ownership with a commercial mindset, strong stakeholder and customer management skills, structured and results-oriented approach.
