The Lead Logistics Partner (LLP) division delivers 4PL services to European and global customers through a network of approximately 940 employees across fifteen locations in 10 European countries.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale business and IT projects;
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources in line with stakeholder expectations;
• Monitor progress, report status, and ensure transparency across stakeholders;
• Identify and proactively mitigate risks; manage issues and escalations when needed;
• Lead cross-functional teams, driving engagement and accountability;
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business goals and drive benefit realization;
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level;
• Support change management activities in line with ACT methodology;
• Ensure high-quality project documentation and compliance with governance standards;
• Take ownership and continuously improve delivery processes and ways of working.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management;
• Strong knowledge of project and change management methodologies;
• Experience in both business and IT project environments;
• Advanced English (written and spoken);
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-level exposure;
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach;
• Nice to have: Logistics experience, Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, IPMA or equivalent).
