Comarch develops Comarch Loan Origination, an award-winning enterprise platform for business banking. The solution utilizes a microservices-based, cloud-native architecture to provide scalable systems for global financial institutions.

• Plan and execute IT implementation and maintenance projects in the banking sector;
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risks;
• Communicate with clients at various stages to ensure alignment with project assumptions;
• Analyze business requirements and design IT solutions for credit domain implementation;
• Maintain project documentation and manage tasks and the project team;
• Report project efficiency and present results to stakeholders;
• Ensure work quality, lead project meetings, and support problem-solving.

• Higher education in IT, finance, economics, or a related field;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in team management or IT project management;
• Advanced English (C1 level) for daily communication with international clients;
• Experience in creating business and technical requirements;
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and progress monitoring;
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office;
• Independence, systematic approach, and full accountability for decisions;
• Nice to have: PRINCE2, PMP, ITIL, AgilePM, or SCRUM certifications.
