• Manage internal IT projects, including data warehouse expansion, ERP implementation, and internal tool development;
• Plan, execute, and supervise projects across the entire lifecycle;
• Collaborate with the board, senior management, and key stakeholders;
• Translate business needs into project requirements in cooperation with analysts and technical teams;
• Coordinate the work of development and analytical project teams;
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality;
• Support teams in delivering business value within an Agile environment;
• Monitor project progress, report status, and recommend corrective actions;
• Provide hands-on support to teams to resolve issues and challenges;
• Participate in projects delivered for external clients as needed.

• Several years of experience managing internal IT projects, preferably in technology or IT service companies;
• Experience working with C-level executives, senior management, and stakeholders;
• Practical experience collaborating with development teams and business/system analysts;
• Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Ability to independently manage projects and make decisions;
• Strong communication and analytical thinking skills;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously;
• Proficiency in English and Polish (minimum B2 level);
• Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft ecosystem projects.
