ERGO Technology & Services S.A. delivers integrated IT and business services to international markets. The company provides advanced business-driven technology solutions and supports end-to-end insurance processes, including finance, operations, and underwriting.

• Run and deliver multiple complex IT projects (£1m–£2m) using appropriate project management methodologies;
• Define project scope, budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery approaches;
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with business and technical requirements;
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes while proactively mitigating impacts on project delivery;
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party resources throughout the project lifecycle;
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships as the primary project contact;
• Monitor project progress, budgets, forecasts, and reporting, providing regular updates to leadership;
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements and support the transition of solutions into production;
• Oversee technical implementations and integrations to enable regulatory compliance;
• Manage project lifecycles using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring delivery against scope, time, and budget.

• Fluent English;
• 5+ Years of experience delivering IT infrastructure, workplace, or application projects in complex environments, ideally in Finance, Insurance, or other regulated industries;
• Ability to translate business needs and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong project, financial, and change management skills;
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills;
• Experience managing project budgets, costs, risks, and cross-functional global teams;
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and experience applying them in dynamic environments;
• Ability to lead under uncertainty, manage shifting priorities, and work effectively in ambiguous settings;
• Collaborative leadership style;
• Nice to have: German at a communicative level, knowledge of key regulations and their impact on regulated industries, including DORA.
