Luxoft provides end-to-end project services and holds a leading position in Murex implementation, integration, upgrade, and migration, serving sectors such as investment banking, asset management, corporate treasury, and insurance.

• Run governance rituals, including scheduling and facilitating cross-stream meetings, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and driving follow-ups to closure;
• Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams, monitoring status and driving timely resolution;
• Track dependencies across Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, and Production Support streams and escalate blockers proactively;
• Maintain and continuously improve process documentation such as release processes, binary patch workflows, and QA support intake on Confluence/SharePoint;
• Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management, including risk and issue tracking;
• Support the Release & QA Management lead with workload coordination and ad-hoc PMO activities.

• Proven experience in project management within IT or QA environments;
• Strong skills in process documentation and reporting;
• Ability to manage cross-stream dependencies and facilitate governance rituals;
• Proficient in English (C2 Proficient);
• Nice to have: Exposure to Murex (MX.3) environments, binary patch cycles, or vendor coordination with Murex, familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tooling, experience with PEGA-based workflows and test management tools, prior experience standing up or maturing PMO/governance functions.
