CORNER is a kitchen brand that designs and manufactures high-quality custom kitchens for homeowners worldwide. The company utilizes proprietary technology to streamline renovation processes and operates with a distributed team across Ukraine, Europe, and Latin America.

• Serve as the primary customer success point of contact throughout production, delivery, installation, and closeout;
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the renovation project;
• Move projects from design approval into production, supporting timelines, samples, and technical coordination;
• Oversee and resolve technical questions between design and production teams;
• Manage budgeting, invoicing, and payment schedules, ensuring invoice accuracy and resolving discrepancies;
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, installers, and logistics partners;
• Keep projects moving through blockers by following up proactively, holding partners accountable, escalating risks, and finding practical solutions;
• Coordinate shipping, delivery schedules, unloading, and installation;
• Manage punch lists, replacements, and project closeout documentation.

• 4+ Years of experience in an operations-driven role with full project ownership in logistics, furniture manufacturing, or design/architectural studios;
• Strong customer communication and customer success experience, including managing expectations and issue resolution;
• Proven ability to manage timelines, coordination, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously;
• Fluent English (written and verbal);
• High attention to detail and ability to work autonomously;
• Resilience, persistence, and calm decision-making in fast-paced environments.
