The company is a premier residential and commercial fencing provider based in Seattle, specializing in durable installations for the Pacific Northwest climate. It utilizes premium materials such as Clear Western Red Cedar, ornamental iron, and powder-coated steel, incorporating specialized technology like PostMaster steel posts to ensure structural longevity.

• Serve as the central communication hub between English-speaking customers and Russian/Ukrainian-speaking field crews;
• Translate technical project details, intent, and expectations accurately in real-time during live calls and on-site;
• Confirm all project details with both parties prior to execution to prevent miscommunication;
• Acknowledge and resolve customer requests, concerns, and complaints proactively;
• Manage project rescheduling by coordinating new dates with customers and crews;
• Coordinate 811 utility locates ahead of installations;
• Partner with the On-Site Project Manager, Procurement Director, and Accountant to resolve project issues locally;
• Drive project-critical requests across departments to ensure timely closure.

• Full professional fluency in English (C1 level);
• High fluency in Russian and/or Ukrainian sufficient to interpret complex technical field conversations;
• Ability to interpret live under pressure without losing crucial details;
• Strong emotional intelligence to de-escalate tense situations;
• Highly organized with a relentless approach to follow-through;
• Diplomatic yet firm communication style to influence cross-departmental actions;
• Detail-oriented mindset to catch potential field errors;
• Nice to have: Prior experience in project coordination, construction, or field services.
