• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic marketing projects, from planning to launch and optimization;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project scope, timelines, priorities, budgets, and risks;
• Develop integrated marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO, organic growth, digital promo and content marketing;
• Drive SEO initiatives, including content planning, website optimization, keyword strategy, and technical improvements;
• Lead go-to-market planning for new consumer-facing projects and campaigns;
• Improve project management processes and ensure efficient stakeholder collaboration;
• Track project performance, analyze KPIs, and continuously optimize delivery.

• 5+ Years of experience managing complex marketing projects in a senior role;
• Fluent English (C1+);
• Fluent Russian;
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from strategy to execution;
• Strong B2C marketing background;
• Deep expertise in SEO, including content strategy, technical SEO fundamentals, keyword research, on-page optimization, and organic growth;
• Experience building SEO-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results;
• Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management, prioritization, budgeting, and risk management;
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
