Platinumlist is the Middle East's leading online ticketing platform, serving millions of users and supporting events and experiences across MENA. Its B2B division provides organiser panels, box-office and sales consoles, reporting, billing, and AI-powered products.

• Drive the development and enhancement of B2B products with the Product Manager and Development Team;
• Deliver tailored project solutions from conception to completion;
• Support RFP responses and partner communications;
• Manage sprint planning, groomings, retrospectives, daily discipline, scope, and carry-over control;
• Manage the release train, including statuses, fix versions, review and merge SLAs, and release notes;
• Chase dependencies across design, QA, and other teams in writing and close the loop;
• Intake and triage feature requests, operational tasks, and data requests;
• Shape raw requests through value assessment, scope definition, and acceptance criteria;
• Build a control system using advanced Jira, JQL, dashboards, automation rules, and AI-powered automations;
• Log, ticket, and report retro action items until completion;
• Explain technical capabilities and constraints to organisers, partners, and occasionally government bodies;
• Support RFP logistics and deadlines.

• 4+ Years managing delivery in web or product companies with distributed teams;
• Proficiency in Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall project management frameworks;
• Strong technical aptitude in web and mobile technology, development cycles, and APIs;
• Strong developer communication and analytical thinking skills;
• Understanding of user thinking, scoping, and acceptance criteria;
• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills;
• Daily experience with LLM tools and proven experience building working automations;
• Ability to identify where AI works and where it does not;
• Fluent English and Russian with strong written communication in both languages.
