The company operates in the healthcare sector, focusing on medical technology manufacturing and operations consulting.

• Lead and manage global complex cross-functional projects from planning through delivery;
• Coordinate with stakeholders across project teams, business functions, customers, and vendors;
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and performance to ensure successful outcomes;
• Identify and resolve project issues while driving continuous process improvements;
• Act as the primary point of contact for key projects and strategic initiatives;
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to project team members;
• Drive operational excellence and support business objectives through effective project execution.

• Hold a bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred;
• Bring 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree, or 7+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service or operational excellence;
• Demonstrate strong project management experience, including the delivery of large and complex initiatives;
• Possess a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders;
• Have excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities;
• Show experience with budgeting, planning, reporting, and process improvement;
• Be able to work independently with a high level of autonomy;
• Apply strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices;
• Remain available to work outside of business hours when needed;
• Nice to have: experience in customer service for the lifescience industry.

• Contract length from ASAP until April 2027 with the possibility of extension;
• Hourly rate of 40 to 47 EUR per hour, which is not negotiable;
• Remote work exclusively from EU countries.
