• Turn informal requirements into a clear project scope and structured technical requirements document during initiation and planning;
• Plan deadlines and team capacity, create delivery plans and back them up with clear reasoning during estimation and delivery;
• Lead IT projects through every stage of the project lifecycle in end-to-end project management;
• Coordinate a distributed team of desktop, web, and QA specialists and run scrum ceremonies including dailies, retrospectives, and planning sessions as a Scrum facilitator;
• Manage tasks, set up workflows, automated processes, and dashboards in Jira administration;
• Proactively handle dependencies and incidents, and escalate potential blockers before they become bigger problems in risk management;
• Analyze process efficiency using metrics like Velocity, Cycle Time, and others, and prepare and present clear project status updates for transparency and metrics;
• Communicate easily with developers and understand the technical context, including architecture, APIs, and client-server interaction;
• Manage business expectations, help teams find practical solutions when resources and timelines are tight, and keep processes fully transparent in stakeholder management;
• Monitor current status of the team’s projects and quickly highlight what’s going well and what needs attention in project status control;
• Take part in improving Project Management practices across the company in PM culture development.

• 3–4+ Years of IT project management experience as a Project Manager;
• Strong technical background with an understanding of client-server interaction, APIs, and architecture basics;
• Strong scrum skills with hands-on experience building processes from scratch and working with team efficiency metrics;
• Advanced Jira skills including the ability to customize workflows and set up automated processes;
• Strong facilitation, conflict management, and stakeholder expectation management soft skills with the ability to stay focused when handling multiple tasks concurrently;
• Nice to have: Experience with complex distributed systems, desktop products, and web products.
