• Drive product strategy and manage the full product lifecycle from initiation to delivery;
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Manage cross-functional teams of 4-12 members, including developers, designers, and QAs;
• Organize collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders;
• Monitor and optimize project performance for fixed-budget and fixed-timeline models;
• Translate technical requirements into clear project plans and deliverables;
• Apply and adapt PM methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban;
• Take full ownership of the development process and risk management;
• Lead the team, including motivation and conflict management;
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve performance and efficiency in daily workflows.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in software development;
• Strong background in product development and strategy;
• Proven track record of managing projects within scope and budget;
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies;
• Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring;
• Experience in a team leadership role with conflict management expertise;
• Fluent English (written and verbal);
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-powered tools for workflow optimization.
