SYSINT provides e-commerce development services, specializing in Magento Community and Enterprise projects for clients across the USA, Europe, and Asia.

• Own full project delivery, including budget, timeline, resource planning, and risk management;
• Provide leadership and motivation to project team members to meet objectives;
• Identify and resolve project-related problems proactively;
• Perform integrated change control with impact analysis and stakeholder authorization;
• Work within the organization's defined process model;
• Establish and manage communications among project stakeholders;
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to clients and stakeholders;
• Build and maintain relationships with senior business managers, cross-functional teams, and peers;
• Make decisions within a defined level of authority.

• At least 3 years of project management experience in software development, managing teams of 10-15 people;
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Practical experience with project management tools like Smartsheet and JIRA;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a changing environment;
• Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and self-motivation;
• Strong knowledge of Magento 2;
• Strong technical background;
• Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English;
• Nice to have: Magento Certification, Scrum master certification, experience with Shopify, Bigcommerce, Salesforce.
