Data Science UA is a service company specializing in AI and Data Science. Established in 2016, the organization has developed one of the largest AI communities in Europe.

• Manage AI, ML, and Computer Vision projects end-to-end, including planning, milestones, scope, change control, and acceptance;
• Own delivery governance, including project charters, status reporting, RAID logs, stakeholder communication, and escalations;
• Coordinate requirements clarification, estimation support with tech leads, WBS creation, delivery plans, and release schedules;
• Manage team coordination, workload planning, 1:1 meetings, feedback loops, and removal of blockers;
• Oversee risk and quality management, including risk registers, mitigation plans, delivery health checks, and lessons learned;
• Support presales activities such as discovery calls, high-level planning, SoW inputs, timeline creation, and delivery approach definition.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or delivery coordination within tech, IT, or consulting;
• Understanding of CRISP-DM, SDLC, and delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall;
• Experience with end-to-end project ownership from kickoff to closure;
• Proficiency in planning, scoping, estimation coordination, and risk management;
• Experience with team coordination and conducting 1:1 meetings;
• Strong communication and documentation skills for status updates, action items, and meeting facilitation;
• English B2–C1 level for calls, updates, and explaining decisions;
• Google Project Management certification or equivalent;
• Nice to have: CAPM, ICP-APM, or other PMI/ICAgile certifications, presales experience, budget and margin management, experience in AI/ML/CV domains.
