• Lead and oversee strategic projects from initiation to closure;
• Ensure delivery of products on-time and within scope;
• Provide short term and long term delivery plans;
• Define project priorities and coordinate daily activities with teams;
• Manage communication flows and documentation via status reports, dashboards, and plans;
• Present regular project updates covering milestones, risks, budgets, QA, and schedule;
• Identify possible issues and proactively communicate project status to stakeholders;
• Drive internal and external process improvement;
• Guide the team in identifying and mitigating risks before they escalate;
• Educate and mentor team members on best practices in project management;
• Design and implement processes from scratch.

• 3+ Years of project management experience in a Software/IT environment;
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall practices;
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making abilities;
• Clear and confident communication across teams and stakeholders;
• Strong negotiation skills and a proactive mindset;
• Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
• Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Portfolio, and Monday.com;
• Nice to have: Experience in game development, familiarity with cooperation and managing third-party vendors and integrations.
