• Plan and monitor job results, coach, counsel, and discipline employees, and coordinate company systems, policies, and procedures;
• Retain staff by maintaining a communicative work environment, developing personal interaction, and identifying growth opportunities;
• Strategically analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast project profitability;
• Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions;
• Identify farming opportunities within existing client accounts and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders;
• Maintain organizational effectiveness by following, delivering, and supporting strategic technology implementation plans.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience in the IT industry;
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science;
• Advanced level of English;
• Nice to have: None.
