• Lead large-scale programmes across B2C operations with significant monthly customer volumes;
• Manage senior stakeholders and build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, and marketing;
• Oversee AI-related integrations at a high level, ensuring alignment between technical and business objectives;
• Drive delivery excellence, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.

• Proven background in B2C companies operating at massive scale, handling millions of contacts per month;
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, particularly in complex or ambiguous environments;
• High-level understanding of AI technologies and their integration into customer-facing systems;
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and align diverse teams.

• Quarterly travel required for planning and alignment sessions;
• Contract until the end of the year with a strong likelihood of extension.
