- Manage senior stakeholders and build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, and marketing;
- Oversee AI-related integrations at a high level, ensuring alignment between technical and business objectives;
- Drive delivery excellence, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and timelines.
требования
- Proven background in B2C companies operating at massive scale, handling millions of contacts per month;
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, particularly in complex or ambiguous environments;
- High-level understanding of AI technologies and their integration into customer-facing systems;
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and align diverse teams.

- Quarterly travel required for planning and alignment sessions;
