• Lead complex cross-team technical programs within a primary domain;
• Ensure complex work is planned, coordinated, and executed to a high standard;
• Surface risks, blockers, and capacity issues early and drive mitigation or escalation;
• Serve as the senior PMO-side escalation point for complex delivery work;
• Verify execution to maintain accurate program status;
• Define goals, scope, milestones, dependencies, and key decisions in collaboration with product, engineering, quality, and service teams;
• Build program plans and coordination cadences while clarifying resourcing needs;
• Coach TPMs and other part-time program leads and manage full-time TPMs where applicable;
• Partner with cross-functional teams without taking over their decision-making authority.

• At least 5 years of program or project management experience in the tech industry;
• Proven track record of leading complex software programs or cross-team initiatives from start to finish;
• Ability to influence without direct authority, challenge assumptions, and work effectively across functions;
• Strong negotiation, facilitation, and escalation judgment;
• Ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives and prioritize effectively;
• Technical depth to assess feasibility, dependency chains, and delivery risk;
• Technical background or experience working closely with software development teams;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
• Nice to have: Formal PM training or certification, experience with IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, JetBrains tools, or other developer-focused products.
