• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products supporting international students;
• Translate user needs into product requirements;
• Prioritize features and manage product roadmaps;
• Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and student support teams;
• Gather and analyze user feedback;
• Review product performance metrics;
• Coordinate product releases;
• Ensure product updates align with business goals and student outcomes;
• Monitor market trends in international education;
• Propose enhancements to increase engagement, conversion, and user satisfaction.

• Skills in roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization;
• Experience with user research, data analysis, and metrics-based decision making;
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities;
• Familiarity with web or mobile product development processes and agile methodologies;
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience;
• Nice to have: Background or interest in international education, student services, or travel, experience with product management platforms, analytics software, and project management systems.
