• Lead high-impact initiatives across document creation, authoring, and collaboration experiences;
• Shape cohesive end-to-end document workflows to ensure natural transitions from drafting to completion;
• Integrate AI capabilities into document experiences, including authoring, refinement, structure, and automation;
• Define product direction for modern document systems by blending structured content, intelligent assistance, and collaborative workflows;
• Partner with design, engineering, and AI platform teams on APIs, integrations, and data models;
• Collaborate with other senior PMs to ensure consistent and connected user journeys;
• Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, customer feedback, and product telemetry;
• Shape the long-term direction of the Document Domain to ensure flexibility and readiness for AI-powered capabilities.

• 7+ Years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in document creation, productivity, collaboration, or content platforms;
• Proven experience owning complex user-facing domains end-to-end from strategy through delivery;
• Familiarity with document systems, structured content, and cross-format editing models like PDF, DOCX, or Markdown;
• Direct experience shipping AI-powered product features, including defining UX behavior and rollout strategies;
• Ability to integrate AI into workflows with a focus on measurable user outcomes;
• Skilled in rapid discovery and iteration using prototypes and AI-assisted tools;
• Demonstrated AI fluency in analysis, prototyping, and workflow automation;
• Strong communication skills to simplify complexity and align cross-functional teams;
• Pragmatic and execution-oriented mindset with experience partnering with technical teams on system design and APIs.
