Andersen is a large international technology organization that develops and maintains high-load platforms in the digital infrastructure domain, focusing on reliability, scalability, and system evolution. The company is currently building a banking loyalty platform from the ground up to create a scalable ecosystem for customer rewards, engagement, and retention.
задачи
- Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for loyalty programs and customer engagement solutions;
- Design and launch loyalty programs, including bonus programs, cashback offerings, partner programs, and customer retention mechanisms;
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, transforming business needs into product initiatives and features;
- Define product logic, customer journeys, bonus accrual and redemption rules, and the overall value proposition;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to ensure successful product implementation;
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and support the product throughout its lifecycle;
- Analyze the market, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities;
- Monitor key product KPIs, evaluate performance, and drive data-informed improvements;
- Support go-to-market activities and ensure successful adoption of loyalty programs among target segments.
требования
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Lead for 4+ years;
- Strong product expertise in Loyalty Programs;
- Hands-on experience launching, developing, and scaling loyalty programs;
- Experience defining product vision, development strategy, and product roadmaps;
- Ability to design product logic and translate business goals into concrete product initiatives;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product development at early-stage product launches;
- Ability to lead teams, define priorities, and make product decisions based on data and user needs;
- Strong communication skills and experience interacting with stakeholders at different levels;
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
