The Commercial Digital Services Value Pool, within Haleon's Digital & Technology function, represents a multi-year enterprise transformation agenda aimed at unlocking £250m+ in commercial value through over £100m of targeted digital investment. The portfolio is split across two divisions, commercial excellence and marketing transformation.
The Marketing portfolio represents a significant strategic investment in the digital transformation of Haleon's global marketing capabilities. The portfolio spans three interconnected areas that collectively enable Haleon to create, deliver, optimise and measure world-class marketing experiences at scale:
- Marketing Enablement, focused on building the capabilities, processes, governance, content operations and operating models required to scale modern digital marketing globally, including Content as a Service (CaaS), content automation, workflow optimisation and marketing capability enablement.
- Digital Experience Platforms & Execution, encompassing the delivery of consumer-facing digital experiences, including global websites, content management platforms, personalisation capabilities, digital experience technologies and associated platform services that drive customer engagement across channels and markets.
- A&P Effectiveness, focused on enabling more effective marketing investment decisions through improved planning, measurement, optimisation and performance management, ensuring marketing spend is directed towards the activities that generate the greatest commercial impact and return on investment.
By combining marketing technology, digital experience platforms, advanced analytics and modern operating models, the portfolio is designed to improve marketing effectiveness, accelerate content delivery, enhance consumer engagement and maximise the value generated from Haleon's marketing investments.
