Delivery manager in software development

Andersen is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead software development projects, ensure efficient delivery, manage teams, and build strong client relationships. Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services. • Managing a portfolio of projects from pre-sales to post-production stages.
• Managing timelines, risks, and client business expectations.
• Ensuring delivery efficiency, including project optimization and profitability management.
• Planning, controlling, and allocating project budgets.
• Closely collaborating with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Continuously monitoring and improving team performance metrics.
• Analyzing RFPs.
• Preparing solution estimations.
• Preparing commercial proposals for clients (including presentations).
• Building teams and managing project timelines.
• Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and overseeing managed projects.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients regarding development, strategies, and business goals.
• Preparing reports and maintaining the required client documentation.

• Technical background with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Software Development, QA, Test Automation, or Business Analysis (excluding SAP and technical support roles).
• Managerial experience with full ownership of project delivery, beyond coordination responsibilities for 3+ years.
• Experience managing fixed-price projects.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a systematic, analytical, and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
