• Drive delivery across engineering teams of 15+ people and several technical workstreams;
• Turn high-level product requirements into clear technical work;
• Find missing requirements, edge cases, dependencies, and risks;
• Understand complex software systems and challenge engineers and technical leads when needed;
• Use dashboards, monitoring systems, analytics tools, and logs to support delivery;
• Take ownership of the final result, hold people accountable, and resolve blockers without relying on the Product Manager.

• 4+ Years of experience in technical delivery, technical project management, engineering management, or a similar role;
• 4+ Years of hands-on software engineering experience in backend, full-stack, platform, or infrastructure development;
• Experience delivering customer-facing software in a product company;
• Strong understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, databases, integrations, queues, workers, infrastructure, testing, monitoring, and production operations;
• Strong business analysis skills;
• Strong ownership and leadership;
• Clear and direct written and verbal communication;
• English at B2 level is preferred;
• Candidates residing in Russia will not be considered;
• Nice to have: Common sense and a preference for simple, practical solutions.

• The role is remote for candidates based near CET.
