• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables in line with project goals;
• Coordinate daily project activities and team communication;
• Plan tasks, priorities, and milestones with stakeholders and the team;
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and risks;
• Facilitate regular team meetings and status updates;
• Maintain project documentation and report to stakeholders;
• Support resource planning and workload distribution;
• Ensure adherence to project management processes and Agile practices.

• Have a technical background with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis;
• Have 1+ year of managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes;
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes and resolving complex issues;
• Apply strong systems thinking, including understanding cross-functional dependencies and delivery impacts;
• Use a data-driven mindset with metrics and measurable outcomes to guide decisions and improvements;
• Understand Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and project management practices;
• Have experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar;
• Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Have English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above;
• Nice to have: experience with Fixed Fee, running projects from pre-sale to production rollout, pre-sales, SAP/Dynamics/Salesforce.
