задачи
- Own the end-to-end delivery process for integration-related tasks;
- Drive tasks from incoming requests through production validation and post-release follow-up;
- Act as the main client contact for delivery-related topics, status updates, and follow-up after UAT and PROD deployment;
- Plan timelines, coordinate handoffs, and manage changes in delivery commitments;
- Track dependencies, process blockers, and delivery risks, escalating when needed;
- Coordinate delivery across clients, developers, QA, DevOps, Support, and external providers;
- Maintain delivery visibility through reporting, workflow transparency, and process improvements.
требования
- 3+ Years of experience in Delivery, Project, Operations, or Service Delivery roles in a tech or fintech environment;
- Strong ownership of process, communication, and coordination;
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a structured way;
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Strong client-facing communication skills;
- Good judgment on when to follow up, escalate, organize a sync, or involve Engineering;
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities;
- Fluent English and Russian, both written and spoken;
- Nice to have: Strong understanding of APIs, payment flows, and system integration concepts; experience with Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools.
