• Manage assigned IT projects, ensuring completion on time, within scope, and within budget;
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project execution;
• Develop, maintain, and update project proposals covering objectives, technologies, timelines, budgets, and staffing;
• Set and monitor project milestones, address delays, and adjust schedules as needed;
• Document and manage stakeholder requirements through a transparent change management process;
• Establish and implement project communication plans and provide updates to staff and stakeholders;
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data for project status reports;
• Facilitate the change management process and implement project change plans.

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of proven experience in project management or a similar role, managing projects from initiation to completion;
• Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and project teams;
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions;
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning;
• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures, practices, and trends;
• Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, general and specialized applications and software used in the organization and industry;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software;
• Ability to motivate groups to complete projects on time;
• Ability to plan and guide creative workshop sessions for project kick-offs, envisioning, and other IT project presentations;
• Nice to have: Professional certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2, experience with project management tools, ability to present and teach IT-related subjects, knowledge of the maritime industry.
