• Own the CRM-Jira board strategy, overseeing board configuration, optimization, and governance across products and regions
• Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and refine workflows to improve tracking, resolution speed, and cross-functional visibility
• Collaborate with responsible teams to embed CRM activities into Jira workflows
• Monitor board performance and health, identify bottlenecks, misconfigurations, and data inconsistencies, and analyze metrics to recommend automation and process improvements
• Review promotion and access-request task briefs for accuracy and compliance, track deadlines and materials, balance workloads, and assign tasks to team members
• Provide CRM teams with guidance and best practices on Jira usage, workflow adherence, and reporting
• Facilitate cross-functional communication through boards and document configurations, workflows, automation rules, and policies
• Evaluate tools and methodologies for CRM-Jira integration and enforce compliance with regulations, offer types, bonus mechanics, and audit requirements

• Manage routine deadlines and high-volume reporting periods, such as promotion launches and month-end closes, with composure and attention to detail
• Master Jira workflows, schemes, automation, and board configuration
• Have deep knowledge of CRM tools, back-office systems, and player data management, and map CRM activities to Jira workflows
• Design and refine Jira workflows to improve issue tracking, resolution speed, and cross-functional visibility
• Implement automation to reduce manual overhead
• Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workloads in fast-paced environments, including live-event reporting
• Analyze Jira metrics using BI tools to improve processes and report on KPIs
• Partner with responsible teams to align Jira board governance with business objectives and regulatory standards
