SoftConstruct develops technologies and services that require software certification and regulatory compliance.

• Manage software certification projects from initiation to completion;
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery of certification milestones;
• Coordinate with development, QA, regulatory, and external certification bodies;
• Monitor project progress and report status, risks, and issues to the head of the department;
• Ensure final reports include the relevant certification scope, company name, and regulatory details;
• Interpret relevant certification standards and regulations;
• Support the development and documentation of certification requirements;
• Prepare and submit certification documentation to certification bodies;
• Liaise with certification laboratories and resolve related queries or issues;
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and certification records;
• Prepare regular status reports and updates for stakeholders;
• Ensure all project and certification documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date;
• Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• At least 4 years of experience in software project management;
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall;
• Experience with quality assurance practices and tools;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

• Office role in Yerevan.
