• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and foster strong communication and collaboration;
• Elicit, analyse, and refine business and technical requirements;
• Develop project plans and release roadmaps, and prioritise tasks based on business goals;
• Resolve customer queries and product or service problems by clarifying complaints;
• Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
• Manage team workload and coordinate internal resources for project delivery;
• Plan, monitor, and adjust project activities for successful execution;
• Lead and guide team activities within an agile framework;
• Oversee project delivery to ensure deadlines, costs, and quality are met;
• Drive daily process optimisation using AI tools to improve team productivity, automate routine operations, and enhance documentation quality.

• At least 4 years of experience in a relevant position on outsourcing projects;
• Experience with market and competitor analysis, requirement analysis, road-mapping, and feature prioritisation;
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyse business needs and propose effective solutions;
• Deep understanding of Agile, including Scrum and Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management approaches;
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence;
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-driven assistants for task automation, documentation enhancement, and decision support;
• Be located in a country within CET ± 1–2 hours.
