Vinted operates a second-hand marketplace connecting millions of members across Europe. Its business units include Vinted Marketplace, Vinted Go, which provides shipping services, and Vinted Pay, which delivers secure payments integrated into the Vinted app.

• Own financial modelling for Vinted’s payments and commercial economics, including vendor terms, PSP fees, card scheme costs and interchange;
• Build financial impact assessments for business cases involving new payment methods, provider consolidation, and in-housing versus outsourcing;
• Support commercial negotiations;
• Model the commercial and P&L implications of options available under Vinted’s EMI licences and through partners;
• Act as the Commercial Director’s finance right hand by turning negotiation positions into numbers and numbers into clear narratives;
• Translate analysis into decision-ready slides and stories for executive and board audiences;
• Quantify impact before and after initiatives by building the case and tracking outcomes;
• Build within existing FP&A structures, templates and systems;
• Feed assumptions and outcomes into budget, forecast and long-range planning cycles;
• Share knowledge so models are understood, owned and maintained beyond one person.

• Experience owning detailed financial modelling for payments and commercial economics;
• Experience building business cases for strategic growth decisions;
• Ability to model commercial and P&L implications;
• Ability to translate analysis into clear executive and board narratives;
• Ability to work closely with FP&A and commercial stakeholders;
• Ability to support negotiations with data-driven financial analysis.
