Freenow by Lyft operates a multi-mobility app across 9 European markets and more than 180 cities, providing access to taxis, private hire vehicles, carsharing, car rental, e-scooters, e-bikes, e-mopeds, and public transport. Lyft acquired Freenow in July 2025.

• Lead financial modeling and business casing for growth segments and strategic projects;
• Partner with segment leaders and business owners to inform resource allocation and investment decisions;
• Establish ROI tracking frameworks and conduct performance reviews across growth levers;
• Define and implement KPI tracking, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards with the Data team;
• Build and maintain shadow P&L reporting for growth segments with the Commercial Finance team;
• Support buy-side M&A projects by assessing target financials and business models;
• Drive post-acquisition financial integration from an FP&A perspective;
• Align data, standardize KPIs, and incorporate acquired entities into central forecasting and reporting processes.

• 5+ Years of relevant experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or Transaction Advisory;
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience;
• Advanced financial modeling capability;
• Strong data manipulation skills;
• Ability to translate complex operational and product mechanics into financial models and commercial insights;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Ability to constructively challenge assumptions and communicate financial trade-offs to business leaders;
• Nice to have: AI-enhanced modeling techniques, modern FP&A tooling.
