Oatly develops oat-based drinks and plant-based food products, including its Barista Edition, to promote more sustainable, planet-friendly nutrition. The Berlin team coordinates activities for the DACH region and Poland.

• Prepare monthly closings, build reports, and provide concrete recommendations for assigned business units;
• Check and document customer conditions and work closely with HQ;
• Evaluate business cases and pricing strategies for new products and ideas;
• Identify customer potential together with the Key Account Management team;
• Serve as a point of contact for financial transparency and measure evaluation;
• Analyze revenue, margin, and price developments at customer and product level and identify relevant levers;
• Prepare Latest Estimates and budgets;
• Manage forecasting and budgeting processes for the sales area;
• Challenge existing assumptions and identify risks and opportunities in revenue development;
• Prepare item-level calculations and discuss strategic portfolio development;
• Connect detailed analyses with strategic questions around portfolio, growth, and profitability and derive actions;
• Maintain meaningful cost centers and ensure invoices are correct;
• Coordinate with accounting, sales, and customers and track payment status;
• Act as a contact for tax advisory firms and coordinate topics with the lead, HQ, and DACH organization;
• Manage car leasing, Travel & Expenses, and related activities;
• Support new reports, processes, tenders, and other emerging initiatives;
• Support projects that may arise, including service tenders and new reporting initiatives.

• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Planning;
• Experience in project management;
• Advanced Excel skills;
• Experience with Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems;
• Ability to manage complex topics and multiple parallel workflows;
• Flexibility when activities do not go according to plan;
• Ability to present complex financial relationships clearly to different stakeholders;
• Ability to derive clear recommendations for different stakeholders;
• Solution-oriented, assertive, persistent, and highly motivated;
• Strong teamwork skills;
• Fluent German and confident English;
• Nice to have: FMCG experience, food retail experience.

• Remote work or daily office work is possible, with regular meetings at the Berlin oat headquarters;
