• Own the company's budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes;
• Prepare, manage, and present P&L, balance sheet, and financial performance reports to the management board;
• Monitor key financial metrics, with a particular focus on working capital, profitability, margins, and liquidity;
• Proactively identify financial risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement;
• Analyze sales performance, cost structure, and business profitability to support strategic decision-making;
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of financial reporting;
• Work closely with leadership to support business planning and financial decision-making;
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.

• 3+ Years of experience in financial management, FP&A, Finance Manager, or a similar role;
• Proven track record of managing a company's finance function, including budgeting, financial planning, controlling, and reporting;
• Experience working directly with executive leadership and reporting financial performance to the management board;
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital management;
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic business environment.
