PSI is a privately owned, full-service Contract Research Organization (CRO) originating in Switzerland. It supports clinical trials across multiple countries and continents within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Develop study budgets for proposals and Change Orders on ongoing projects;
• Manage study budgets throughout the clinical project duration;
• Set up and maintain project finance information in PSI internal systems;
• Prepare accrual reports and request invoices;
• Develop sponsor contracts, agreements, Change Orders, and payment schedules;
• Set up and maintain project-specific timesheets in PSI’s internal system;
• Manage regular reconciliation of actual versus budgeted costs.

• Hold a College or University degree, preferably in Finance or Economics;
• Have at least 3 years of experience in project budgeting and financial analysis in a CRO setting;
• Have C1-level English according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;
• Demonstrate proficiency in standard MS Office applications and advanced MS Excel skills;
• Have strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, and time management skills;
• Communicate effectively with all involved departments and sponsors;
• Produce accurate and timely information and reports;
• Work under pressure and perform multiple tasks;
• Train others.
