finance manager clinical projects

• Develop study budgets for bids and change orders on ongoing projects;
• Manage study budgets throughout the clinical project duration, including setup and maintenance of project finance information in PSI internal systems, preparation of accrual reports, and invoice requests;
• Develop Sponsor Contracts, including sponsor agreements, change orders, and payment schedules;
• Manage project-specific timesheets in PSI’s internal system and reconcile actual versus budget costs regularly.

• Hold a college or university degree, preferably in Finance or Economics;
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in project budgeting and financial analysis in a CRO setting;
• English at CEFR C1 level;
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications and advanced MS Excel skills;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to communicate with all involved departments and sponsors;
• Ability to produce accurate and timely information and reports;
• Ability to work under pressure and perform multiple tasks;
• Ability to train others.

• Work onsite in Tbilisi, Georgia.
