• Combine and analyze financial and business data;
• Prepare analyses, reports, and management presentations;
• Support the CFO and report directly to the CFO on financial and strategic matters, preparing decision-making materials;
• Contribute to forecasts, budgeting, and monthly closings;
• Identify trends and deviations and develop recommendations for action;
• Collaborate closely with Finance and operational departments;
• Improve reporting and analysis processes;
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses, special topics, and strategic matters.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling;
• 3–5 Years of professional experience;
• Very good knowledge of accounting under HGB and IFRS;
• Strong analytical thinking, high willingness to learn, and strong interest in business matters;
• Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills;
• Structured, precise, and independent working style, strong learning orientation, and initiative;
• Strong curiosity and a desire to understand and improve processes;
• German and English at least C1, spoken and written.
