• Build and maintain financial models, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and investment scenarios;
• Prepare business plans and feasibility studies for real estate development projects;
• Analyze project profitability, ROI, and investment opportunities;
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management, shareholders, and investors;
• Support strategic planning, corporate structuring, and investor relations.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field;
• Strong finance background is a must;
• Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis;
• Solid understanding of project economics, ROI, taxation principles, and corporate structures;
• Advanced Excel;
• English: Advanced;
• Russian: native or fluent preferred;
• Nice to have: Experience in real estate development (3+ years).
