• Support financial planning activities for the Banking Division;
• Measure and analyze key operational metrics for financial processes against benchmarks and targets, and identify improvement opportunities;
• Support and coordinate the weekly OCR forecast process and the financial outlook process;
• Analyze Orders, Revenue, Margins, and expenditure against plan and outlook monthly, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions;
• Support the preparation of the Annual financial Plan with required supporting analysis;
• Support the headcount plan and prepare operational metrics as appropriate;
• Drive process improvements;
• Prepare weekly reports for management;
• Identify and execute action items to resolve variances promptly;
• Prepare journal entries and participate in the monthly close process;
• Ensure complete and accurate financial processing;
• Identify and analyze potential financial issues and risks to avoid surprises;
• Participate actively in the sales quota setting process and track actual results against quotas;
• Assist and support bonus payments through the payroll;
• Provide audit support on bonus results with detailed analysis;
• Support the demand planning process and the Pre Build Process to optimize inventory levels;
• Manage and support all Finance processes and policies;
• Ensure local accruals are correctly identified and reported at month/quarter end;
• Support local and global credit and collection policies;
• Review and respond to Leadership ad-hoc inquiries and concerns;
• Develop recommendations for process improvements;
• Determine financial consequences of alternative methods, plans, and strategies;
• Determine recommendations to achieve the organization's financial objectives;
• Identify and articulate operational and financial risk.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related Business discipline;
• 5-10 Years of related experience;
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management;
• Proficient in Microsoft applications with advanced Excel skills;
• Nice to have: Professional Certification like ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CFA, knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI.
