SiTime is a precision timing company that provides MEMS-based timing solutions for various electronics, including AI datacenters, automotive, robotics, and IoT applications. The organization focuses on delivering high-performance, resilient, and scalable timing devices to replace traditional quartz technology.

• Build repeatable analyses for bookings and revenue performance, including trends, price-volume, and variance drivers;
• Develop automated operating expense insights across functions, highlighting anomalies and savings opportunities;
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques such as time-series forecasting, regression, and clustering;
• Curate and maintain reliable datasets, dimensional hierarchies, and finance calculation logic;
• Write performant SQL and data transformations to integrate finance and operational data;
• Package finance logic into agent-ready components for internal AI agents;
• Establish evaluation and QA methods for AI-generated analyses, including accuracy checks and regression tests;
• Create self-serve tools, notebooks, and semantic layers for finance users;
• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Sales Ops, and IT to prioritize use cases and deliver outcomes;
• Maintain documentation, data lineage, and control evidence to support auditability and compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance;
• 3+ Years of experience in analytics, data science, or finance analytics with end-to-end ownership;
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets;
• Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and modeling;
• Experience applying statistical and machine learning methods to business problems;
• Strong finance fundamentals, including P&L concepts, budgeting, and variance analysis;
• Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to non-technical stakeholders in English;
• High standards for data quality, controls, and documentation;
• Nice to have: Master’s degree, experience with Snowflake, Oracle, BI or semantic tools, and GenAI or LLM-enabled analytics.
