• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;
• Support the business with budgeting and variance analysis processes;
• Collaborate with regional teams to consolidate financial data and provide actionable insights;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in multiple regions;
• Support the implementation of group processes and internal controls;
• Ensure compliance with group policies, local regulations, and reporting standards;
• Conduct regional financial reviews for various businesses in Europe and the Americas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel/financial modeling skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel and Power BI;
• Experience with accounting systems;
• Highly organized with great attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Nice to have: Master’s degree, CPA, CFA, experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, working experience in a SaaS technology company.
