задачи
Own the month-end close for the Serbia legal entity, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations;
Maintain the local general ledger and ensure compliance with Serbian accounting standards and statutory requirements;
Prepare and submit local financial statements and regulatory filings;
Manage accounts payable, employee expense reporting, and local payroll accounting entries in coordination with HR;
Serve as the primary finance contact for Serbia-based operations and provide day-to-day financial guidance to local management;
Deliver Serbia actuals to the US Controller within the 5-business-day global close cycle;
Perform intercompany reconciliations with other Eagle Wireless entities;
Prepare supporting schedules and flux commentary for the consolidated management reporting pack;
Flag and resolve close issues proactively, escalating to the CFO or Controller where needed;
Support the Controller’s global consolidation build-out;
Own the Serbia budget and rolling forecast;
Build and maintain driver-based financial models;
Contribute Serbia inputs to the global annual budget process;
Prepare monthly variance analysis with commentary for the CFO;
Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses as requested;
Partner with the FP&A function in India on global forecasting, reporting, management reporting, and ad hoc analysis;
Build and maintain financial models for strategic decisions, cost analysis, business cases, and Board/investor materials;
Contribute to long-range financial planning, multi-entity KPI reporting, and cross-entity FP&A workstreams assigned by the CFO;
Use NetSuite for accounting transactions, reporting, and close activities;
Identify and implement process improvements for the Serbia close and reporting cycle;
Maintain documentation of local accounting processes and controls;
Contribute to finance automation and digitization initiatives across the global team.
требования
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
3–6 Years of finance experience combining accounting and financial analysis;
Solid understanding of Serbian GAAP and/or IFRS;
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills;
Ability to build and own financial models independently;
Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite is preferred;
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal;
Comfortable working across time zones with US and European colleagues;
Nice to have: ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification completed or in progress, multinational company experience or consolidated group reporting exposure, accounting and FP&A background, intercompany transactions and multi-currency experience, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting and BI tools.
