• Define and drive the FinOps vision and strategy;
• Initiate cost optimization efforts to maximize value and minimize waste;
• Implement FinOps practices across budgeting, forecasting, and cost accountability;
• Collaborate with tech, business, and finance teams to ensure accurate allocation of technology costs;
• Build transparent cost reporting and monitor actuals;
• Identify optimization opportunities through data analysis;
• Lead regular cost reviews and help build a culture of shared responsibility;
• Provide financial consulting related to technology costs;
• Work with procurement and settlements teams to ensure costs are recorded correctly;
• Budget technology costs across the bank;
• Generate required reports within the scope of technology costs;
• Ensure the efficiency of technology spend;
• Advise structural units on technology cost and procurement processes;
• Support the management of technology intangible assets.

• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
• 5+ Years of experience in financial analysis and budgeting;
• Experience managing technology costs, including cloud and IT costs;
• Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as PowerBI;
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams;
• Willingness to learn and work with AI tools and modern technologies;
• English at C1 level;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of FinOps.
