- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities;
- Analyze financial performance and identify key business insights;
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders;
- Collaborate with Finance teams and other business functions;
- Improve reporting processes and identify automation opportunities;
- Participate in month-end closing and financial analysis activities.
требования
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Fluent English and Polish, written and spoken;
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn;
- Nice to have: experience with Power BI, SQL, or other analytical tools.
