• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, including producer participation, talent reporting (§32d UrhG), subsidy reporting, and dubbing contributor reporting for US titles;
• Coordinate posting and payment of German statements, ensuring required approvals in collaboration with the P2P team;
• Coordinate corrections of expenses incorrectly assigned to local production titles with accounting teams;
• Respond to internal and external partner queries related to statements, cost, and revenue details;
• Review participation statements from third parties and coordinate processing with accounting and P2P teams;
• Prepare intercompany reporting, document business processes, and support financial audits;
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements;
• Respond to ad hoc requests from territories and Home Office.

• Bachelor’s degree or current studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or other financial reporting and analytics tools, German.
