• Assessing and managing the credit risk of individual and corporate clients, including analyzing financial information, evaluating creditworthiness, and recommending appropriate credit limits and structures.
• Monitoring credit portfolios, identifying emerging risks, preparing risk reports, and collaborating with relationship managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure sound credit decisions.
• Developing and refining credit risk policies, supporting regulatory and internal audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of risk management frameworks.

• Strong Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills, including experience in setting credit policies and evaluating credit applications.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to interpret financial statements, analyze trends, and assess risk-reward profiles.
• Portfolio Management skills to monitor, optimize, and report on the performance and risk levels of credit portfolios.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present complex information clearly.
• Будет плюсом: Relevant experience in banking or financial services, particularly in risk or lending functions, is highly beneficial; Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred; Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and risk management standards is an advantage
