Accountant for e-commerce

IncoSoft LLC, an e-commerce company within the same group as Solvers LTD, is looking for an Accountant to support its Amazon business. You will manage day-to-day accounting records, reconcile transactions, and keep financial information accurate and organised. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, identifies discrepancies, asks clear questions, and follows tasks through to completion.

• Record and check invoices, expenses, bank transactions, and supporting documents.
• Reconcile bank accounts, supplier and customer balances, and marketplace payouts.
• Review Amazon reports and account for sales, fees, refunds, and adjustments.
• Track accounts payable and receivable, prepare payment information, and monitor outstanding items.
• Support month-end closing and prepare internal financial reports.
• Maintain an organised digital archive and provide complete records for tax reporting and external accounting support.
• Resolve missing documents and discrepancies with colleagues and partners.
• Help improve recurring accounting processes and reporting.

• At least two years of practical accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Education in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Confident use of Excel or Google Sheets, including reconciliations and working with large transaction lists.
• Experience with accounting software or an ERP system.
• Fluent Georgian or Ukrainian at a confident working level.
• English sufficient to work with invoices, financial reports, and business correspondence.
• Accuracy, reliability, and the ability to manage deadlines independently.
• Будет плюсом: Experience with Amazon, other marketplaces, international payments, multi-currency transactions, or import/export accounting will be an advantage

• This is an on-site position in Tbilisi, Georgia.
• Compensation will be discussed based on your experience and the agreed scope of responsibilities.
