задачи
- Receive and process distribution orders, provide loading documents to the warehouse, make relevant order corrections, and upload waybills
- Monitor product returns to the warehouse by store managers
- Upload internal transportation waybills
- Process promotional operations in the system
- Monitor in-store stock of products nearing or past their expiration dates
- Monitor internal transportation stock
- Track received and pending waybills
- Enter cash register Z-reports into the system
- Carry out other assignments and instructions from the manager
требования
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
- Higher education in finance
- ACCA Level 1 certificate
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to respond to problems promptly and resolve them
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Будет плюсом: knowledge of the APEX accounting software
